Arkansas Python Regional Conference - October 4, 2008
The 1st PyArkansas Regional Conference will be held in Conway, AR on October 4th. A full day of scheduled talks, plenty of giveways and totally free.

PyCon 2009 Calls For Proposals: Conference Talks & Tutorials
Preparations for PyCon 2009 are getting underway. A Call for Conference Talk Proposals and a Call for Tutorial Proposals have been issued. PyCon Tutorial Days will be March 25 & 26, Conference Days March 27-29, and Development Sprints will be March 30-April 2. There is a lot to be done. You can help!
Texas Python Regional Unconference - October 4 & 5, 2008
The 2nd annual Texas Python Regional Unconference will be held in Austin, TX on October 4th and 5th. Two days of attendee-generated-content in the form of talks and sprints. In the tradition of unconferences, all you have to do is sign up to present or attend--it's absolutely free.

PyCon UK Registration is Open
The conference takes place in Birmingham UK from 12th to 14th September 2008. A full programme includes a day of tutorials; bookings are being taken at http://www.pyconuk.org/booking.html. The early bird rate has been extended to 11th August.

SciPy 2008 - Conference for Scientific Computing
The 7th annual SciPy Conference The early registration deadline is July 11, 2007. The Conference will be held at Caltech in Pasadena, California the week of August 19-24. See the Call for Papers if you'd like to present.
